Hotel Brilliant - Prague

clean rooms - great location - local insights available, and helpful staff who can provide various services including selling metro/tram/bus tickets.

Would definitely recommend.

Staff spoke English and two of them were very kind (which compensated for the other two). WiFi connection was good in my room. Absolutely smoke-free rooms (supposedly).

The hotel is out of the center, it seems close on the map to metro stations but you'd probably want to take one of the buses there (2 stops in both directions to lines B or C), but these come rarely. At nighttime it's pretty impossible to get here. Rooms are not cleaned daily, only every 3 days. I received one towel only, when I complained about this 2 people of the staff were not very nice about this.

As young families, we loved the spacious and illuminated parking area, perfect for unloading suitcases. the hotel's location next to a beautiful hiking area and close proximity to the metro station made exploring the city a breeze. the helpful staff and availability of amenities like a hairdryer and safe added to our pleasant stay.

We felt well taken care of during our time at the hotel, with the staff always willing to assist and nothing being too much trouble.

Young woman in reseption was very kindly. Hotell was quite far away from old town, but it was easy to go there by bus and metro.

Bed and billow was not good, but after all, hotell was cost-effective.

Free WiFi was useful although I could not get a signal from my room. I found it quiet. The price meant that it was extremely good value for money.

I keep coming back because the staff returned my forgotten earpods. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Bar/Lounge, Restaurant, and Lift. Can't wait to come back for my next trip.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the hotel is centrally located. They even offered to arrange a airport pick up! Talk about going the extra mile......

The Hotel was comfortable and clean, and excellent value for money. Stuff is very sweet and helpful, rooms are cozy and they have a really home-like atmosphere.

The location of the hotel was great, easy to get to downtown and to tourist attractions. The room had a nice view and was quite spacious. The breakfast had a good selection and was included in the price.

The hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was poor and the decor was outdated.

The hotel Brilliant is great hotel, we enjoy staying there. Location is perfect and reception helped us with every request. The hotel have nice european atmosphere. Fast Internet and great views ! Awesome !

I did like the localisation of the hotel (nearby the Prosek Metro Station). A Very good price, friendly staff at the reception desk.

It was very noizy at night! Breakfast very poor! - stale bread, little ham and cheese. There was nobody who would clean left plates... No room-service! If you stay longer, better take your towel with you! They won't change the towels in your room...

Nothing! It was the worst hotel where we stayed ever!

It is a hotel for uneducated sportsmen. They all behave in this hotel as in a jungle. Non-smoking rooms are different from those of smokers only because there are no ashtrays. In non-smoking rooms we were given smelled of smoke very bad. The bathroom was under any standard of cleanliness. The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold. An the list can go on!
